I remember watching Randy play as a freshman and never once did I think he would become the CUSA Player of the Year. Amazing. Congrats to both.

MinerMan, I would have to agree... never did I think these 2 would receive their respective honors.

In fact, both were prime reasons I wouldn't watch Miner Basketball. Randy with his jacking up 3 point shots with abandon... AND Barbee with what looked like a lack of Coaching abilities.

It begs the question... was Realm wrong... OR did Randy and Barbee have a growth spurt ??

This has been a very bizarre basketball season... full of very pleasant surprises.
