1. UTEP 13-1 (@marshall (TUES) and hosts UAB) 2. Memphis 11-3 (@ UAB and hosts Tulsa) 3. UAB 11-3 (hosts Memphis and @utep) 4. Marshall 10-4 (hosts UTEP (tues) and @smu) 5. Tulsa 9-5 (hosts SMU and @memphis) 6. SMU 7-7 (@ Tulsa and hosts Marshall) 7. Southern Miss 6-8 (hosts Tulane and @ ECU) 7. Houston 6-8 (Rice and @ Tulane) 9. UCF 5-9 (hosts ECU and @ Rice) 10. ECU 3-11 (@ucf and hosts Southern Miss) 11. Tulane 2-12 (@ Southern Miss and hosts Houston) 12. Rice 1-13 (@houston and hosts Tulane)
Right now UTEP would play the winner of Houston/UCF. USM has the tie-breaker over UH. I really don't want to play USM or Houston. Go UCF!
RPI at 49, MU and TU are both Top 75 teams; hopefully we can win them both.

Need some help with CUSA's tournament format. Does UTEP get a first round bye if they are the first seed? Why wouldn't they play Rice or Tulane or ECU first? Thanks...

Yeah first four teams get a bye. 5 vs 12 - winner vs 4 seed 6 vs 11 - winner vs 3 seed 7 vs 10 - winner vs 2 seed 8 vs 9 - winner vs 1 seed Some conferences re-seed their tournaments after the first round, CUSA does not.

Here is the real benefit of winning the Regular season. We play the winner of the 8th and 9th seeded teams.
But what's this !! We beat Rice... yet fell back from RPI of 45 to RPI of 49 !!
Aye!!
