Hey Miner fans...

Just wanted to post something to let those of you still visiting this site know that I haven't gone anywhere. Just been going out of town a lot during the summer, and haven't really had much to post as far as UTEP sports is concerned.

Still hoping MinerMan can stop by and say hello once in a while. If you read this MM, I hope things are going well.

Anyway, that's all for now... I will try to post something of value once the seasons approach. All of you feel free to post anything at all you think we could discuss.

Yup! I'm cautiously optimistic about football again. So many unknowns surrounding this year...

Can a new coaching staff re-energize the program?

Might we actually eek out 6 wins and go to the prestigious idontdeservetobehere.com Bowl?

Will this be another mediocre coach that wins just enough games to hang around, or one that finds immediate success and then bolts to another school?

I guess we just have to wait and see....

(Sorry for the pessimism at the end there, couldn't help myself...)
