Latest bball rumor, or total BS?

While listening to Kaplowitz on the way home from work today, I caught the tail end of a conversation about UTEP and Tulsa possibly moving to the Mountain West. From what I could tell, they were treating it as a rumor, but I wanted to throw it out to the forum. Anyone heard anything at all along these lines??
