I was browsing the Espn Webste, and came accross the Utep/Oklahoma game thread. There are over 200 comments, but a lot of it is Nmsu fans messing up the board. I find these guys to be absolutely ridiculous. What do y'all think of this?  espn.go.com/ncf/conversation?gameId=322452638 |

That's the main reason I try to avoid public boards like that... I'm so fiercely loyal to the teams I support that I take it very personally when anyone (even brain-dead fucktards like those faggie fans) starts bashing them without rhyme or reason. I'm one of these sports fans who tries not to talk trash or beat my chest too hard, because it always comes back to bite you in the ass later on. I like my teams, and other people can like theirs, and that's where I try to leave it. That being said, if someone starts the fight, I'll finish it... but I think I'll steer clear of this one.
For all their talk, though, I'd love to see how well the faggies would fare against Oklahoma...

What I don't understand is: 1) Why the hell are a bunch of faggies bombarding the board for a game that doesn't even remotely affect them, and 2) Where is this perceived dominance of us coming from? Don't those dipshits know that the basketball series is almost dead even (102-100 in their favor) and we pretty much own them in football (52-35-2 with UTEP having won the last three)?? Oh, but I guess that's the problem with getting into a sports-related argument with uninformed people. Logic doesn't amount to anything.

Yeah, according to the nmsu archives the series stands at 103-98, but I'm going with the UTEP numbers. Figures that they would give themselves one more win and us two fewer just to widen what little margin they have against us.

I agree that the basketball title is the jewel in the crown, but it does sound nice to say "22 national championships," no matter the sport. I'll root for any UTEP sports team that is kicking some ass. GO MINER HOCKEY!!  |
