Both schools fired their coaches after only 2 years. They were two really bad years, but they didn't even get to coach a lot of their own recruits. If Akron and Memphis aren't going to accept losing and being mediocre, why should we?

nataicio raise mucho dinero for UTEP...if she wanted to she could get mucho dinero for the athletic program directed to football, soccer, and men's and woman's basketball. But will she do it? A football team that wins 8-9 games draws students from around the country and fills the sun bowl.

Gotta spend money to make money right? Lots of coaches getting the can this weekend, would love to see Price see the same fate.

Kansas and Illinois aren't going to accept mediocrity either. Turner Gill and Ron Zook both got the axe. If I'm Bob Stull, I do it today. Everybody will get the jump on us.
