Oh well. Guess my messages of "hate" and "lies" were too much for some UTEP supporters. Unlike other times, I am through with that place. Who wants to go to a message board where being critical of a team is not allowed? Was a constantly negative? Sure, I guess, but I'm not the type of fan to excited over a garbage team like Stony Brook or Tulane.
UTEP Athletics as whole, has not won a meaningful game in a long, long time. 1992 since an NCAA Tourney win and 1967 since their last bowl win. The basketball team couldn't even win the CBI on their own home court or even beat UNM without their leading scorer in the NIT. I'm tired of UTEP losing meaningful games. I expect more. Its sad that other UTEP fans are happy with a 5th place finish in CUSA West because we were picked 6th in the pre-season. Mike Price needs to go, someone else will take this program to another level.

Sorry to hear about this MinerMan... I haven't checked BUT I probably share the same fate as you.
I saw your handle logged on... so how can you tell you've been banned??
Maybe it is just temporary?? I say this because a lot of posters are not posting today.
If there is a ray of light in all this... it is that you've opened up the eyes of a LOT OF POSTERS concerning the pityful football program Coach Price has brought to Utep.

We all have a right to our opinion obviously. You guys can agree or disagree with me. It's all good regardless. I have always felt that you and Realm, when at Rivals, were realists first and UTEP fans second. We don't need 100% cheerleaders but too many of your posts were off topic. I wasn't offended as a UTEP fan. I was offended as a former message board administrator. It wasn't what you were saying that bothered me it was that you were derailing thread after thread after thread. Again, I am okay if you see things differently. Dialogue and different views are good.

I see your point Binks, but I didnt intentionally derail a lot of threads. When someone posts something unbelieveable, I come in and put them in their place. Oh well, don't have to concern myself with it anymore.

Geez... how ironic... the great majority of Miner fans are now in favor of letting Price go...
AND WE'RE BANNED BECAUSE WE'RE NEGATIVE... since our views are in the majority... AREN'T WE POSITIVE NOW ??
Ahh well, I don't agree with the decision.... BUT it was a good ride... and if it helped to push Price over the cliff... then it was worth it.
I stand behind every post I've ever had the pleasure to have written and would NOT change a damn thing.
This experience has taught me that the great majority of Miner fans are not as well versed in their football OR basketball as they may think they are.
They're still Sheeple... AND Sheeple would rather be led than have to do any thinking.

Saw that place today and of course the moment someone says something "negative" they accuse that person of being me. I got banned, but I have not signed up as another handle. People need to get a life and realize that not everybody has the samr opinion!
