UTEP versus a Top 25 team? Don't know how over-rated USM is, but I like their chances against UTEP. We havent beat any good teams this year. Lose this game and another 6-6 season is likely.

I agree with MinerMan's sentiments....
Utep is showing continual progression... but to what point is there REAL progress??

I really liked our heart and effort in the past two games, and Southern Miss will undoubtedly be looking ahead to East Carolina and UCF after they play us. At home, riding our confidence, I will do the unthinkable and pick the Miners 42-34 in a stunning upset.
