Memphis is getting pasted by Mississippi St at home. Until this conference starts performing better against the "big 6", we will not get any respect.

To be fair, there is the BCS conferences, and then there is the SEC. I don't think many schools from the Big East would have fair much better. But I do get your (valid) point.

Wasnt' Memphis predicted to suck this year? I wonder how the best of CUSA would do against the big boys instead of a doormat. (Then again, nobody in the power conferences would dare risk a loss to a CUSA team, so it's a moot point.)
