According to the article he's extremely raw, but I read a blurb about this guy in a recent issue of SI (when he was still headed for Xavier). They seemed to think he has a ton of potential, based on his size alone.

I have no idea what he was promised... the article alludes to nmsu knowing how to circumvent any complications arising from him being a Canadian citizen. As if the immigration laws in las cruces are any different than anywhere else...

Which player are you referring to, Strelz? I hadn't heard about a Hill interested in UTEP...

Miners are talking with a relative or a young man associated with someone who helped the miners land hill...the last name is not a match but the reference is true...I can only say what I was told by an asst. coach
