Tucker exhausted his 4 years of eligibility already in Maryland's basketball program... so nothing left there.
But the NCAA would let him play immediately for the Utep football program because he hasn't exhausted his football eligibility.
If Tucker is good enough to contribute, in any way, to our football program... then Realm says:
WELCOME BACK TO EL PASO CLIFF !!

It's official. Cliff Tucker is coming to play football for the Miners.
Let's hope his addition can offset the loss of McClure, cuz we're gonna need to outscore our opponents if we hope to win any games (as usual).
