Tulsa won 2 games combined in 2001 & 2002 (one vs UTEP), a few years later they are playing Notre Dame. How can a UTEP team that wasn't "as bad" as Tulsa be nowhere near their level? Tulsa has one of the smallest enrollments in D1. They don't have near the fan support or facilities that UTEP has, yet they are playing at Notre Dame on NBC.
Why can Tulsa have a pretty good mid-major program, but we can't? The sooner we get some new blood in here, the better. The fans have given up on Price and whether its fair to the players, is neither here nor there. El Paso has shown Bob Stull that we don't want to see Mike Price football anymore.
