I went and read Kryotes "recap" of last night's game, what a crock. He claimed that the announced crowd of 30,029 looked closer to 40,000. Yeah right. I guess around 10,000 snuck into the game.
Also he says, "Coach Price would never run up the score on a team. He has too much class."
Really? What do you call these games?

If I had to guess, I think last night's attendance was the actual attendance and not tickets sold. As far as actual people there, 30K looked about right. I think when you compare last night's crowd to other night's that went by "tickets sold", it looked like a 36K crowd. I don't know if that made any sense or not.
Could be totally false, but I read on some CUSA boards that the league wanted to go by actual attendance and not tickets sold. Who knows? UAB went by a turnstile count for their home opener as opposed to the number of tickets sold.

as do I... I do like to go to almost every miner site. I just see the need to put down Kyyote. He does alot for Miner fans... I will agree there was some issues that need to be addressed. but there was also alot of good things last night. It was also a fun game!

I had intended to stop by Kyyotes spot yesterday but the day just flew by. Maybe next home game.

as do I... I do like to go to almost every miner site. I just see the need to put down Kyyote. He does alot for Miner fans... I will agree there was some issues that need to be addressed. but there was also alot of good things last night. It was also a fun game! Kryote is just like a racist. He thinks UTEP is great and refuses to see ANY fault of them. His POV are ridiculous and totally one-sided. I'll give credit when its due. What has UTEP football done over the last 4 years that would leave any intelligent individual believe that this is going to be a good season??? |
