Supposedly one of UTEP's basketball recruits is not going to sign with the team. Of course cheerleaders think he sucks now. Here's a sampling of what they had to say:

"this would actually be good news...sterns is a PG who shot 27% from 3pt range, and 61% FT's. his assist/turnover ratio is 1/1. plus, he's 6'0" tall. what's to be upset about if he's let go? no crying from me."


"He's over weight also. How do we know it's not Timmy who cut him loose?"

Had he staying and remained committed this guy would have been the next coming of Randy Culpepper. I hate posters that trash players/coaches after they leave. Not everybody thinks UTEP is God's gift to college athletics.

I saw that too and had to change shirts because I laughed out some of my dinner. Awful lot of Giblet's still on that site.

It was the same thing when Coach Barbee left for Auburn. I had a really good laugh reading their reactions of disbelief.

Where are all those posters whoose mantra was "I'm going to Enjoy the ride" ??

Sounds like they hit a bump or two.
