Was Barbee leaving a distraction to the team's focus??
We can debate this on and on...

It was a wild ride. We entered the season with a lot of uncertainty. I'm sure I am not alone when I initially thought Derick would be another Kareem Cooper. Everyone thought Tulsa was going to be the big bad. But it was us instead. Yep, we fell short in the CUSA Tourny and in the NCAA Tourny. Sucks. But it was a fun ride. Great season. Sixteen straight wins was no fluke. We just didn't get it done when it really counted. Let the countdown begin until October/November when the next season starts!

Realm doesn't need to... I got my mind right, boss. I expect nothing less from a school that hasn't won a bowl game since 1967 and an NCAA Tournament game since 1992. UTEP Athletics is pathetic, just like its AD. UTEP continues to schedule crap teams to beat up on and give a false sense of hope to the stupid El Pasoans that come around when they're winning. See ya, Caracter and Barbee. Good luck with your futures. |

strelz, I find that very interesting to hear that Coach Price would avoid going on your show like this.
He has been quoted as saying any loss stops with Him... That sounded like he took responsibility and would acknowledge it.
But now I hear this.... Wow !!
Hearing stuff like this is why I love having you here as a poster... you separate REALITY from PERCEPTION.
