CUSA Final ratings down 18% from last year

"Saturday's Houston/UTEP Conference USA Championship Game drew a 0.9 overnight rating on CBS, down 18% from Memphis/Tulsa last year (1.1), and down 10% from Memphis/Tulsa in 2008 (1.0)."

The final was in the same time slot last year.

For the first time this year... I've been able to watch most of Utep's football & basketball games on the internet ... and for FREE !!

Possibly this is ALSO a contributing factor for the lower ratings.
