I have NEVER questioned Barbie's ability to recruit... That has been established.
But we have a coach that appears to have a penchant for running off players. I say appears because that is my impression I get with players who don't "blossom" VERY quickly.
Whatever happened to a school or coach honoring a recruitment pledge??
Are players truly disposable under the Barbie regime AND is this disposability the real reason for Barbie's success??

I think players like Manny Cass and Marcus Ruppel were just big assholes and thought they were better than they actually are or going to be. Look at Isaac Gordon and Gabe McCulley. I don't think they've shown signs of being great. Why players like Manny and Marcus are recruited in the first place is beyond me. |

I haven't seen Isaac Gordon play yet so I can't comment on him... but I think Gabe McCulley has contributed nicely....
Marcus Ruppel, I haven't seen either BUT a lot of people seemed to suggest he showed signs of greatness in the short time he was here.

Gabe has not done anything because he is on the bench.
Gordon is not very good, and has not really played much as of late.
Barbee has finally stuck with his rotation for the most part.
