UTEP WR Donavon Kemp invited to Cowboys camp

As in the past, at least one UTEP player managed to get signed to the Dallas Cowboys' free agent mini camp. So far, none of the UTEP alum that have gone to camp have actually made the team, but you can't get a spot unless you get a chance. Go Donavon!!

Update: It appears that Kemp is still on the 90-man roster, and was mentioned in a recent article on the Cowboys website. The writeup on him doesn't exactly sound very encouraging, but I took it as a sign that he's at least standing out from among the 40+ others who are fighting to make the team.
